Our Secure Patient Portal
Urologic Consultants utilizes the Aprima® Patient Portal to provide secure communications with our office, providing you with convenient online access to patient registration materials and with secure email communications. HIPAA regulations require us to use secure communications rather than standard email. Communicating with us through our website’s patient log-in will ensure the security and privacy of your personal and medical information.
Need a patient log-in user name and password?
You will be given a user name and password at the time you schedule an appointment. If you did not receive a user name and password when scheduling, please call (503) 297-1078 and we will provide one.
Forgotten your patient log-in user name or password?
Please call our office at (503) 297-1078 during normal weekday office hours and ask for our staff to reset your user name and password. Given that your password is secure and known only to you, we cannot tell you what your password is, but we can provide a temporary reset password that will allow you to log-in and set a new secure password.
